Appliance Service Assistance
Our company does not provide direct service for appliances. However, as a courtesy to our customers, we are happy to assist with service-related inquiries.
If your unit is under warranty, we will help schedule service on your behalf. If your unit is out of warranty, we will refer you to a trusted local service company for further assistance.

Damage Reporting
Upon delivery, you have 3 to 5 business days from the date of receipt to report any cosmetic damage to your unit. We will take the appropriate action to exchange the unit for our
customers.
Please note that any damages reported after 5 business days from the delivery date will not be eligible for exchange.

Delivery & Installation Services
At Dad’s Appliance, we make it easy to get your new appliance delivered and set up in your home. We offer professional delivery and installation throughout MD, DC, and VA.
